The establishment of the department Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program at Meerut Institute of Technology, Meerut (NAAC ‘A’ Grade) was found in 2018, since then it marked a significant milestone in the institution's academic journey. With the rapid advancement of technology and the increasing reliance on computing solutions across various sectors, the need for well-rounded professionals in computer applications became more apparent than ever.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is a specialized undergraduate degree program designed to provide students with a strong foundation in computer science and its applications. With a curriculum that blends core computer science principles with modern technological advancements, the BCA program covers a wide range of topics, including programming languages, software development, database management, networking, and web technologies.
